Job Purpose:
Post Covid-19, doctors and patients are looking for more and more virtual way of consultations and solutions. In the new era, acceptance to digital consultation would be a regular affair and with the recent lockdown proving the benefit and the convenience for all parties, this position will be a critical catalyst to help build the technology solution across value stream to increase reach and sustain the end users.
Key Accountabilities:
- Explore various technology solutions and design & develop the Cipla way of MSL connect through platforms suitable for patients and doctors
- Drive innovation in the existing digital marketing space to help increase the reach
- Drive innovation in the technical solution of our existing offering through webinars / webcast – doctor connect forums
- Gamify the offerings
- Deliver month on month increase on MSL coverage
- Deliver month on month increase in Doctor enrolment through various platforms
- Analyse and design incentive programmes for customers to leverage our digital solutions and deliver retention and new acquisition
- Customize the Cipla content with technology partners / aggregators to ensure customer recollection of brand

Educational qualifications:
Engineering graduate with relevant tech ops experience in python, analytics tool and familiar with all new age digital technology platforms
Relevant experience:
- 5-6 yrs experience in new age digital / tech platform aggregator type set-up
- Ecommerce experience
- Pharma domain experience in digital space
Key Competencies:
- Creative in design thinking and ability to provide innovative solutions using technology and new age app based service partners
- Expert in Digital Marketing space
- Digitally savvy and excellent analytics background to design and develop data to help take strategic decisions
- Familiar with technology platforms and good domain knowledge on Logistics management
- Influencer and ability to read / interpret bigger picture
