Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a team member within the drug product development group and support the execution of analytical methods to support the spectrum of development studies within the team for both liquid and lyophilized formulations.
- Carrying out HPLC based Formulation Development and stability studies.
- Maintaining equipment IP/OQ/PQ, PM and calibration of equipments.
- Maintaining compliant laboratory practices in line with quality compliance and laboratory notebook.
Technical Skill:
- Good understanding of Protein based formulation development and Biosimilars.
- Should have demonstrated experience in running HPLC (routine operation, trouble shooting and maintenance), along with sufficient hands-on experience in performing HPLC based analysis (RP-HPLC, SE-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, HIC-HPLC).
- Experience in documentation (Lab notebook, SOP, MOAs, STPs, DRS etc.), following appropriate good documentation practices is highly desirable.
- Should have exposure of conducting stability studies.
Qualification & Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with M. Pharma / M.Tech. / M.Sc. having 3 – 6 years of working experience with Biosimilar molecules.
